85-year-old Renaud lives in Paris with his trusty wheelchair / carer. He is lonely, stuck in his ways, serenely disabled for years on the top floor of a building in Montmartre. He has everything he needs at home. He makes toys and receives food and his beloved newspaper in return. He does not need anything else.
